The breakfast itself is amazing with the absolutely delicious croissant.

It was surely a really really nice stay on a 3 week vacation.

Functional room, fantastic accommodation and extremely friendly staff. Amazing and varied breakfast with wide assortment of food and very good coffee - well worth the money. Great restaurant and great service. Everything amazing.  

The location was great, close to a spandrel arch bridge. The room was large, cheap and included a private safe, a mini-bar, and a sofa bed.

The room was good sized and light filled and we had a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini bar fridge. This hotel was located in a very central area not far from Florence 

The hotel was spotless with gentle and exceptionally friendly staff members. The breakfast was included, it was marvellous. The location was favourable for walking around a spandrel segmental arch bridge. The property was set in a very nice area. 

it is a charming little property located in florence historic centre district not far from very close to piazza repubblica, restaurants and tourist attractions and shopping area. there is lots of excellent food for breakfast. gentle staff, they know 

It had marvellous location, short walk to Siena in less than 1 hour by train from Florence and tourist attractions. The breakfast was amazing and there was a huge variety of food to choose from. Everything met every demand, I would stay here again. 

Our stay in this hotel was incredible. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to all the major attractions in Florence. The hotel's central position allowed us to explore the beautiful city at our own pace. The room was comfortable and

This place is conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions, including the Piazza del Duomo. You can also find a great dining option, All'antico vinaio, just a 15-minute walk away. 

The staff at this place were amazing and made my stay extraordinary. The location is perfect and within walking distance to the centro storico.

This was a superior hotel. The location was central, but on a quiet street. The staff was friendly and accommodating; nothing was beyond their ability to do. The room was comfortable and the amenities in the room were nice. The best breakfast out of 6 hotels 

This is a lovely hotel. The location is fantastic. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The room was very nice.

Our room didn't have a window to outside it looked onto another part of the building. It was like a 6x6 shaft with light coming through at the top. If I had known I would have requested a window to outside. However, this did not spoil our trip in any way as we didn't spend much time in the room! We also asked for twin beds - which they were but they were fixed very close together!
